First cut the wings in half, wash them, then put them in a bowl and pour the soy sauce, mix and leave for about 10 minutes. In a bowl put flour, paprika and garlic powder and mix well, then roll the wings with this mixture, place them on a tray. After we have rolled all the wings, we cover the tray with a food foil and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Then we take them out and prepare them for frying. Beat the two eggs with salt and pepper, then pass each wing through the egg and then through cornflakes, flakes that I grind by hand. Put a bigger piece on the fire, let it heat up well, add the oil and then the wings, to be covered with oil and to sizzle well. Let it simmer on all sides, then take them out on a napkin to absorb the excess oil. That's about it, they are served with garlic mayonnaise, french fries or anything else you will enjoy.
