Christmas cake

300 ml of whipped cream together with chocolate, melt in a sea bath and leave to cool. Then add the rum essence and then froth until it becomes a thick cream.

The biscuits are well syruped with water + sugar + vanilla essence. Place a row of biscuits, a row of cream and so on. I made the cake smaller in diameter and put 4 rows of biscuits, but they went very well and 3 rows.

I decorated with cream on the side, and on top I put 100 ml whipped cream, I decorated on top with cherries and orange slices.

Very simple, but tasty.
