RECIPE PREPARATION Golden potatoes:
We peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in two or four lengthwise.
Put the potatoes to boil in cold salted water. Let them boil until the fork enters them (not to crumble) and then drain the water in which they boiled (let the water drain well).
Put a lot of oil in a pan and when it has heated put the potatoes (but do not overlap with each other ... put in several rounds if necessary).
We fry them over high heat until they acquire a beautiful golden color.
