Melon ice cream
We put the melon core in a bowl and mix it until we get a paste in which we will easily incorporate the condensed milk.
The cold cream is mixed until it becomes fluffy. It is not necessary to stand still, it is enough to double its volume. It is then easily incorporated into the melon composition with milk, homogenized and put in the freezer for a few hours.
Serve as desired, with chocolate topping, whipped cream or simply with cold melon pieces.
