I mixed the egg whites, I added the sugar and I mixed until it melted, then I incorporated in turn: the yolks, the oil and the yogurt and finally the flour and the baking powder. I divided the composition in two, mixed some of it with cocoa and poured it into the tray. I baked the worktop for three quarters, about 15 minutes, at 180 degrees C with the ventilation on.

Meanwhile, I boiled the milk with the sugar, poured the semolina in the rain and let it boil. I put the cock and the vanilla essence.

I took the top out of the oven, lightly spread the cream, poured the rest of the top composition and put the cake in the oven for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Hot, I glazed the cake with melted chocolate with whipped cream.
