I've prepared Mushroom Drob in the shape of a cake from Exquisite Bialetti Set and it did not burn at all like other forms at first use. It's non-stick, block mine got out of shape very easily, the handcuffs didn't catch a bit, and in the end I found out how easy it can be cleaned.

Mushroom Drob Ingredient:

600 g mushroom mushrooms
2 green onion bindings
1 link green garlic
1 link green parsley
8 boiled eggs
150 g cheese
3 raw eggs
salt, pepper to taste
oil
1 packet of foie gras dough of 280-300 g

Preparation of Mushroom Drob:

The chopped mushrooms are fried on 2-3 tablespoons of oil, seasoned with a little salt and left on the fire until all the water they leave decreases. We put it in a bowl and let them cool. Onions and sliced ​​garlic are also fried in a little oil and then we add them to the mushrooms. Add the grated cheese, boiled and chopped eggs, green parsley, raw eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

In the form of a cake greased with a little butter, we put the foie gras sheet (if the foil is frozen, we leave it to thaw in the fridge) over which we put part of the filling and in the middle we put 5 boiled and cleaned eggs. Cover boiled eggs with the rest of the composition, pull the puff pastry dough over the composition, grease with egg on top and put the form in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes until the foie gras is nicely browned (about 180 degrees Celsius).

Mushroom drob recipe. A more economical version of the Lamb Drob Recipe

For those who do not eat lamb, but want traditional dishes on the Easter holidays, we have a more economical version of the recipe Drob de miel, a recipe for drob from mushrooms.

Red eggs, cozonac, pasca and drobul cannot be missing from the Easter holiday tables, in the tradition of the Roma, because these are the traditional dishes we eat. There are also lamb dishes, but since not everyone consumes such dishes, they can be disregarded, and the lamb's liver can be successfully replaced with a mushroom's liver.

What we need for the Mushroom Drob Recipe:

  • 1 kg of mushroom mushrooms, or mushroom mix
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch of green garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • black and white sesame seeds for decoration

How to prepare the Drob Recipe from mushrooms.

We separate the tails from the hats and remove the part with dirt, We also clean the mushroom hats of impurities and wipe them well with damp paper towels.

We do not have to wash the mushrooms under running water, because they will be soaked in water and instead of sautéing them we will boil them.

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. We leave them on the fire until the liquid evaporates, which they will leave, stirring constantly, to prepare them evenly.

Let the mushrooms cool, then pass them through the robot & icirc together with the chopped greens.

Over the composition of mushrooms with greens add 3 eggs, salt and pepper and match the consistency with breadcrumbs. We put breadcrumbs so that we do not have a cursive consistency, but very compact.

Mushroom stew & # 8211 a vegetarian version of the traditional lamb stew. If you don't like lamb, a sprig of mushrooms is only good for the Easter meal, but also for any other time of the year.
A little more and we celebrate Easter. A holiday in which all family members gather at the table, to spend time together and eat from the holy dishes at the Resurrection Service: Easter, red eggs, lamb dishes (steak, drob), boiled ham (ham), cream sauce with horseradish, red wine, you know them too, that only every Romanian has such dishes on his table on Easter day. Only when I think about them do I already feel like it and I can't wait to go home to Maramureș.

Maybe there are many who don't like lamb, so a mushroom pick is only good. It can also be made with chicken or pork if you still want to make it with meat. I believe that such a dish can be cooked at any time of the year, it should not be prepared only for Easter, as is the custom. I do it whenever I have a lot of eggs in the house, mushrooms and some vegetables left in the fridge. You know that principle: nothing is lost, everything is transformed.

We really like this mushroom stew because it is extraordinarily simple and quick to prepare, it is filling, much lower in calories than the regular stew and it is an ideal alternative for vegetarianism.

INGREDIENTS
500 gr. Mushrooms cleaned and chopped
4 eggs + 1 egg to put it on top of the liver
3-4 cloves of green onions, finely chopped
1 kapia pepper or 1 red fat cut into smaller pieces
1 cup grated cheese
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of finely chopped dill
3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)

PREPARATION
Put a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until all the water has evaporated, then take out the mushrooms in a bowl.

In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and sauté the white part of the green onion threads that you cut + the diced kapia pepper. After they have hardened, take them out of the pan and put them in the same bowl over the mushrooms. I put the green part of the onion fresh in the composition.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl: the green part of the onion, the grated cheese, the breadcrumbs, the eggs, the parsley and the dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix well throughout the composition.

Put a baking sheet in a cake pan, grease it with a little olive oil and add the drob composition in the pan. Beat 1 egg and add it over the liver.

Put the dough in the preheated oven at 180 ° C, for 35-40 minutes, until it browns nicely on top. Leave to cool for about 20-30 minutes, then cut the mushroom into slices.

All types of mushrooms contain different levels of protein and fiber. They are also good sources of B vitamins and selenium - a powerful antioxidant that supports the system immune and thyroid gland and prevents cell and tissue damage.

Mushroom consumption was also associated with the decrease cholesterol, especially at overweight people. Certain phytonutrients they contain can prevent cells from sticking to the walls of blood vessels and the formation of plaques, protecting the heart by maintaining blood pressure and blood circulation.

Grilling mushrooms or baking in the oven (even with a little oil) increases antioxidant activity compared to boiling in water or frying.


MUSHROOMS & # 8211 RECIPE

ingredients

• 1.5 kg of mushrooms
• 2-3 onions
• 3 yolks
• greenery
• garlic
• salt and pepper to taste

Clean and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into cubes. Boil them in salted water and pour them into a thick sieve, letting them drain well.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and fry it in a little oil and water. Add the boiled mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.

Then pass them through the mincer (or robot) and transfer them to a bowl. Add the yolks, chopped greens, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the composition into a cake pan, greased with a little butter or oil. Put the tray in the hot oven and let the dough bake until the toothpick comes out clean in the middle.

After it has cooled completely, the mushroom paste can be cut into slices. You can serve it with a salad of vegetables or greens, with tomato sauce, puree, rice, or other garnishes.
