Potato dessert cake
When I was a child, the Potato cake was found in confectioneries. Of course, in those days, it was prepared from countertop scraps, creams, etc.
In our times, we adapt and prepare according to what we have at our disposal, taste and flavor are important.
So the Potato cake, in the modern version, but just as simple and tasty
- 400 gr biscuits (I used Petit Beurre and cream biscuits)
- 50 gr walnut kernels (pre-baked) - optional
- 100 gr chocolate cream
- 50 gr butter
- 250 ml milk
- a pinch of salt
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert Potato Cake:
Heat the milk, add the butter and a pinch of salt. Mix until the butter melts and the composition is easily homogenized.
In a bowl, crush the biscuits by hand. Add the ground walnuts, chocolate cream and milk with melted butter. Here you can add your favorite flavors of rum, mint, according to your preferences. Mix well by hand (you can use a disposable glove) or you can put everything on the robot. The composition will be soft, sticky.
Sprinkle cocoa in a bowl. With a wet hand (or a disposable glove), suitable sticks are formed and rolled in cocoa powder.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
