Raspberry cake


Wheat:

Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt well, then add 100 g of brown sugar made into flour and mix until you get a strong meringue. Mix the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar until they become frothy, then add the oil like mayonnaise. add the baking powder, mix all this with the yolks and at the end add the egg whites, taking care to mix from the bottom up with slow movements. Divide the composition in two and bake two sheets. Cover a tray -25/35 -with parchment paper baked, pour half of the composition, then place on its surface raspberries given through flour, put the tray in the preheated oven, it is ready when it passes the toothpick test. We do the same with the rest of the composition. Let the countertops cool well.

Boiled cream:

Mix the yolks with the sugar and starch well and then dilute with the milk, put them on the fire until they thicken. Let them cool. Chocolate.

Cream:

Mix the whipped cream well until it hardens and then add the chocolate sauce.

Assembly:

We place the first top on a tray, then the boiled cream and over a layer of whipped cream, then the second top and cover everything with whipped cream. We decorate as we like, I played with some chocolate sauce.
