Prepare the vanilla cream by proceeding as follows: over the 6 yolks add the sugar, flour and vanilla pudding (powder), mix with the milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly with a fork so as not to make bumps. The cooled cream is then mixed with a packet of margarine and placed on top of the sheets.

Melt the chocolate over the vanilla cream together with the butter until you get a thick icing that is left to cool for about 5 minutes and then slowly pour over the vanilla cream. Sprinkle coconut on top.

We will moisten the hot plate with the milk that has been watered.

Stir in the egg whites and gradually add the sugar until you get a strong meringue.

Incorporate coconut, flour and baking powder, mixing with a spatula.

Pour the composition obtained in a tray measuring 20 x 30 cm lined with baking paper.

Bake the top in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the baking tray with 150 ml of milk.

For the cream, put 200 ml of milk together with the sugar in a saucepan, on the fire.

Mix the remaining milk with the vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding powder and yolks.

When the mixture in the pan reaches the boiling point, add the composition with the yolks.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the cream begins to thicken, then remove from the heat.

Set aside the cream to cool, covered with plastic food foil directly on the surface.

When the cream has cooled completely, incorporate the butter at room temperature, cut into cubes.

Distribute the cream evenly over the baked and cooled countertop.

Mix the liquid cream together with the vanilla sugar until you get a strong cream.
