Foamy custard pudding

A very good dessert and not at all sweet.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 l of milk
  • 3 sachets of custard pudding
  • 9 tablespoons sugar
  • caramel for the shape

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Foamy pudding pudding:

We prepare a round shape with a hole in the middle that we dress in caramel.

Separate the eggs: in a bowl, mix the yolks well with the sugar and the contents of the custard pudding sachets, until they change color and increase in volume. Whisk the egg whites separately until they harden.

Bring the milk to a boil. When it boils, pour the yolk composition (over which I added a little of the hot milk). Mix with butter until it thickens a little. then add the beaten egg whites, mixing with a fork carefully. Leave for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat. We pour this composition in a form greased with caramel and let it cool. The next day it is turned over on a plate and cut into slices.
