Stuffed mushrooms


I peeled the mushrooms and broke their tails.

I cleaned and washed the onion and capsicum.

I chopped onions, mushroom stalks, peppers, ham.

I cut the Telemea cheese into small cubes.

I hardened in the 2-3 tablespoons of oil, onion, I added the chopped mushroom tails.

I left it on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I also added the chopped capsicum, keeping a little to put on top,

on the mushrooms before putting them in the oven.

I left it on the fire for another 5 minutes, after which I took them aside.

I added salt and pepper to taste, herbs,

telemeau cubes and chopped ham.

I filled the mushrooms with this composition, I sprinkled the remaining pepper on top

I put them in a tray lined with baking paper and put them

in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.

I took the tray out, sprinkled the grated cheese on top, and then,

I put the mushrooms in the oven for another 10 minutes.

I took the mushrooms out of the oven, sprinkled the sprigs on top

of chopped cepsoara and I served them hot.

They were very good!
