Creme brulee

I love burnt sugar cream and I prayed for the housewives to teach me. :)

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • flavors (vanilla or lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon zeamil
  • 3 tablespoons caramelized sugar

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Burnt sugar cream:

Put the three tablespoons of caramelized sugar in a one-liter saucepan. After the sugar has caramelized, cover the pan with it.

Put the ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix. Pour over the burnt sugar.

Take a larger pan, put water and put the pan with the cream composition in it.

Put in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.

The cream is ready when it comes off the edge of the pan.
