When the beans have softened and the beans are boiled, heat a little oil in the pan and fry the smoked, cut, remove from the oil, throw it in the bean pot and in the remaining oil heat the finely chopped onion, diced pepper, carrot , parsley and parsley root given through a small grater, thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves.
