Smoothie with melon, peach and mint


Because the watermelon was not really sweet, I added honey to the smoothie, otherwise I would exclude it from the ingredients.

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a blender jar with 3-4 mint leaves, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of mineral water.

We pass the watermelon through a blender until it becomes a paste, which we transfer to another container.

We do the same with peaches, but I preferred to prepare them with the whole shell, because there are most vitamins.

So remove the seeds, cut them into cubes and add them to the blender container, along with a teaspoon of honey, 4-5 small mint leaves and a tablespoon of mineral water.

Pass the ingredients through a blender until smooth.

In fact, two smoothies are formed, which we portion into two containers.

In one container I put peach smoothie at the base and the melon smoothie on top, and vice versa.

In the middle of the container, the smoothies were mixed, thus having 3 flavors in one container.

They came out very good and beautifully colored.



Melon lemonade with honey and mint

Have you tried another lemonade? Watermelon for example? But not made from syrups or flavors but from fresh watermelon, lemon and honey? Here is a different recipe for lemonade with melon with honey and mint slightly creamy and refreshing. It is seasonal from only 5 ingredients and can be made with apricots, peaches, watermelon or any other seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of melon well ripened and flavored
  • 1 l of cold water
  • 100 g of honey
  • 1-2 lemons depending on how sour you like
  • A handful of mint leaves

Step by step method

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We cut the melon pieces into cubes and put them in a bowl next to the lemon juice, mint and honey, and with the help of a blender we pass them, add water and mix until we obtain a creamy and fine liquid.

Refrigerate for a few hours to combine the flavors we can serve. Simple, tasty and healthy, not to mention vitamins. Now I let you get to work. You're welcome!


Melon and Peach Jam

Melon and Peach jam

A new recipe with our favorite sweetener, Green Sugar Gelifiant, from Remedia Laboratories, perfect for those who do not want to use sugar and for those who have problems with blood sugar. We invite you to browse other recipes prepared with Green Sugar.

Ingredients Melon and Peach Jam:

600 g melon (cleaned)
400 g peaches (peeled)
3-4 threads of fresh mint
150 ml of apricot or peach liqueur
2 lamai
300 ml water
523 g Green Sugar gelling agent
Preparation of Melon and Peach Jam:

We peel the watermelon and cut it into cubes, scald the peaches in hot water and peel them and then cut them into slices. Crush the fruits and boil them together with 150 ml of liqueur, 150 ml of water, mint, for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the gelling Green Sugar, the remaining 150 ml of water, the juice squeezed from 1 lemon and the other lemon sliced.

Let it boil for 7 minutes, then set aside the jam, remove the mint and lemon slices. I put a quarter of a teaspoon of preservative powder (salicyl) and then I put the jam in jars and then I put them in a hot pot between the beds.

For those who do not want to use preservatives, I recommend that the jars of jam be boiled in a bain-marie for 15 minutes (from the moment of boiling), and then put them between the beds, to dry. After cooling the jars, the next day place them in a cool place in the pantry.

Smoothie is by definition a versatile drink. In principle, it can be prepared from any fruit or vegetable in the refrigerator. The way you combine them and the amount used will define the properties of the smoothie you will get.

  • a banana
  • macra powder

For a toned body, try this smoothie full of protein and rich in antioxidants, with fruits and powders rich in vitamin C.

  • 90gr melon
  • 2 peaches cut into pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon baobab powder
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • cinnamon powder

Smoothie with mango and sweet potato

This smoothie is also ideal for the skin being rich in vitamin A.

  • 1 diced mango
  • 60 gr boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumor
  • 1 tablespoon ground seeds
  • a little grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon baobab
  • a cinnamon powder
  • 150 ml of green tea
  • 4 ice cubes

Smoothie for immunity

The easiest way to increase your vitamin C intake is to use camu camu powder in your drinks. Camu camu also helps the health of the immune system and protects the body's cells.

  • 150ml cup of pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 pear cut into pieces
  • a few mint leaves
  • 90gr berry mixture
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon acai fruit
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • 4 ice cubes

Delicious mango and carrot smoothie

Carrot smoothies are refreshing, nutritious and are a great option to start your day healthy.

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 diced mango
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon roscove powder

Smoothie latte with berries

Very good alternative for coffee, it contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

  • 1 teaspoon black tea
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon acai fruit powder
  • 100 gr frozen fruit
  • 1/2 ground cinnamon

2. Summer smoothie with melon, mango and banana

  • 1 slice of melon
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 4-10 mint leaves (depending on how much you like mint)
  • coconut water (depending on how much liquid you want to make, I put it as you can see in the picture)

Ever since I know myself, the 6 months of winter have been and are like a torment for me, because I always dreamed of melons and juicy fruits. Not long ago, just a few months ago, I longed for the warmth of the sun and especially for the fresh aromas of juicy fruits of all kinds. It is the middle of August and every day we have to caress our taste buds with seasonal delicacies.

Watermelon nectar

  • Servings: 1-2
  • Duration: 6mins
  • Difficulty: easy
  • 1 watermelon 3-4 kg
  • 3-4 browned peaches
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • ice for the end

All are passed through a juicer with worm shaft, by cold pressing, manually or automatically. It can be consumed immediately with many ice cubes or it can be kept in the refrigerator in a glass container for 2 hours. Smoothie with yogurt and fruit

Ingredient:

  • ½ cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • ½ simple yogurt cup (Greek style preferred)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How come:

Put the strawberries, spinach and walnuts in a blender. Add apple juice, yogurt, bananas and honey. Stir until creamy.
