Three methods of preserving dill for the winter!

Here's how to keep fresh and vitamin dill year-round. You will also find out when dill is harvested for preservation, how it is prepared and you will find the right method for you.

Dill for winter preservation is best harvested in the spring or in the first half of summer, when it contains many vitamins, trace elements and is very fragrant.

Do not use very fragile dill, it is better to wait until it gets a dark green color. Also, dill that is preparing to bloom is not suitable.

There are 3 methods of preserving dill for the winter.

Method 1 - drying dill

1. Make several ties, fasten them with thread and hang them. Dill dries only in the shade for 1-2 weeks, depending on temperature. Dried dill does not turn yellow, and if this happens, it means that it has not been dried properly and it no longer contains vitamins.

2. After it has dried, the dill is removed and stored in such containers as the cardboard box, paper bag or glass jar, it is important that the dill does not dust.

ON THOUGHTS

It is probably the vegetable with the longest "career" in the world, its use as a food additive, but also as a medicine, being mentioned in an Egyptian papyrus over 4000 years old. Very recent archaeological discoveries, made near a lake in Switzerland, they showed, however, that this plant was known and used in Europe at least 7000 years before, being cultivated at a distance of hundreds of kilometers from the shores of the Mediterranean, where it grows spontaneously. It is also interesting that this vegetable "migrated" very early from southern Europe to distant Asia. Dill was intensely used in both Tibetan (Unani) and Indian (Ayurveda) medicine, where it was administered as a digestive, anti-infective and anti-inflammatory tonic. In antiquity, the Romans especially valued dill, which was a first aid remedy against digestive disorders and headaches that appeared after too rich parties. In Romanian folk medicine, fresh juice or decoction obtained from dill stems was given against heart disease and cough, but also for various "women's diseases" or for "stomach diseases". Part of the secret of its fine amber green leaves is the aromatic oil they contain, a substance with exceptional therapeutic properties. Aromatic oil from dill acts mainly on the digestive and nervous systems, but also has other actions, as we will see below:

Ways of preparation and administration of dill

To obtain dill juice, mix (with the help of the electric mixer) a handful of fresh leaves, to which 6-10 tablespoons of water have been added, after which it is left to soak for half an hour and filtered. The obtained liqueur is good to consume immediately or to be kept in the refrigerator, but not more than 4 hours. Fresh juice obtained from dill leaves is usually not administered alone, but diluted in a little carrot root juice. Usually, take a quarter of a glass (50 ml) of dill leaf juice twice a day, diluted in another quarter of a glass of carrot juice.

Soak three teaspoons of dried leaves or a handful of fresh dill leaves in half a liter of water for 8-10 hours, then filter. The resulting preparation is set aside, and the plant left after filtration is boiled in another half liter of water for five minutes, after which it is allowed to cool and filtered. Finally, the two extracts are mixed, obtaining approximately one liter of combined infusion, which is used internally (2-3 cups per day).

Dill as an addition to food

Added to the daily diet, dill is both an excellent spice and preservative. Put in soups or stews, it prolongs their "shelf life" by at least 24 hours, because the volatile oil it contains prevents the onset. fermentation processes. Put in salads, sandwiches or sauces, makes them more digestible and intensifies their taste. In Ayurvedic medicine it is made from finely chopped dill leaves and yogurt (we can get this mixture by mixing) a refreshing sauce, which is consumed on hot days, but also when we eat spicy, dry or hot food.

* Hypoacidity, indigestion - consume moderate amounts (1 teaspoon) of chopped green dill before meals or as a first course. In medium and small doses, dill is an excellent stimulant of the secretion of gastric and bile juices, helping the digestive process. Interestingly, in high doses, dill has the opposite effect, inhibiting the secretion of gastric juices and being very useful in treating hyperacid gastritis.

* Hyperacid gastritis - put 2-4 teaspoons of finely chopped dill in 250 ml of yogurt (preferably Bifidus type) and mix using the electric mixer, then let the components soak for 40 minutes. This remedy is consumed on an empty stomach, twice a day. On most gastritis sufferers this remedy has calming effects of pain, reduces acid secretion, normalizes digestion and appetite.

* Bloating, fermentation colitis - the volatile substances contained in dill prevent the excessive development of bacteria in the intestine, preventing the formation of gas and the appearance of abdominal colic. A cure lasting one month is made, during which a teaspoon of finely chopped fresh dill leaves is consumed at each meal. In order to be effective, it must be fresh.

* Rot colitis - before each meal consume a salad of cabbage, cucumber or lettuce, in which you add 2 teaspoons of chopped dill and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. The treatment is done for 1-2 months and has an effect of regulating the intestinal flora very quickly and safely.

* Digestive candidiasis - consume half a liter of Bifidus dill and yogurt preparation, described for hyper-acid gastritis. A 30-day cure is made with this remedy, which, very simple to remove, has an extremely complex action. Dill leaves contain aromatic substances with a very strong antifungal effect, while Bifidus yogurt restores the normal digestive flora, which leads to inhibition of the development of aggressive Candida strains.

* Biliary dyskinesia - bitter substances and essential oil contained in dill leaves stimulate the shedding of bile into the gallbladder. Consume 50 ml of dill juice twice a day for 2 weeks. The treatment also has anti-inflammatory effects on the gallbladder, which is also recommended as an adjunct in cholecystitis.

* Hiccups, digestive spasms - if necessary, chew a few stalks of dill for a long time. It is a remedy used successfully since the Middle Ages, when it was administered during banquets to prevent the discomfort of diners. The explanation for its effectiveness is the existence of substances in dill with strong antispasmodic effects. If this treatment does not give results, you can resort to a stronger one: scald a teaspoon of dill seeds with a cup of boiling water, infuse the syrup for 10 minutes, then filter and consume the infusion thus obtained, as decalda possible. The calming digestive and antispasmodic effect of this remedy is very fast.

According to recent studies, dill leaf juice is also a powerful diuretic and stimulant of kidney activity, helping to prevent and combat kidney stones.

* Staphylococcus aureus infection - a study by a team of researchers from India and Argentina, led by Dr. Gurdip Singh, showed a strong antibiotic action of dill leaves and seeds. As an adjunct in Staphylococcus aureus infection, it is administered from the juice of the leaves, 100 ml per day, in two installments, in cures of 2 weeks. three times a day. Both remedies have strong antibiotic effects, having a proven effectiveness against other bacteria, such as Bacillus cereus or Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

* Breastfeeding, rapid recovery after birth - fresh dill leaves, chewed daily by women who have recently given birth, are an excellent physical and nervous tonic, helping to regain appetite, stimulating lactic secretion, improving milk quality, promoting the resorption of tissues "in plus "during pregnancy. To increase milk secretion, a simple and amazingly effective remedy is the dill sandwich, ie bread greased with butter and sprinkled with a little salt and a lot of finely chopped dill. This "drug" is consumed in the morning and in the evening. The effects of stimulating lactation are most often impressive.

* Postmenopause - dill leaves contain small amounts of estrogen, the female hormone that slows down the aging process, softens the skin, makes hair grow much slower, helps maintain tissue firmness and prevents dryness of the vaginal mucosa. Seasoned salads with a lot of dill they are therefore recommended in this period of life, when, in general, fresh vegetables and greens are more necessary than ever.

* Osteoporosis - after the age of 40, consumption of green dill, but also other foods with mild estrogenic effects, such as olive oil, sprouted wheat or fennel seeds, is an excellent premise for preventing bone loss. At least twice a year, in spring and at the end of summer, make a cure with salads of vegetables, which you can season with plenty of dill (minimum 20 grams per day).

* Adjuvant in insomnia - flavonoids and some trace elements contained in dill stimulate the production of so-called "sleep hormones" (in fact they are neurotransmitters released by the cerebral cortex). At dinner, therefore, a salad of vegetables is recommended in which to put at least 30 grams (a bunch) of fresh dill leaves, finely chopped.

* Colds (respiratory viruses) - it is recommended to administer dill juice, 100 ml per day, consumed several times. It has a mild antipyretic effect, reduces the feeling of vertigo, muscle and joint pain during the flu. In addition, it prevents bacterial superinfections and facilitates breathing, decongesting the airways. These "poisons" that we breathe, willingly or unwillingly, on a daily basis, are largely responsible for the multitude of forms of respiratory cancer that currently affect millions of people around the world. The two vegetables are effective but not only in preventing, but also in treating tumor diseases that affect those segments. Summer risks & # 8211 take care of your health

Summer is the long-awaited season for most of us.
It means vacation, vacation, sea, fun and friends.
But beyond all these good parts, in summer you can expose yourself to a high number of health risks.
Discover the most common ailments that threaten your health & # 8230discover them in time to know how to protect yourself.

In summer, some people experience small red rashes, in the form of skin irritations.
Sometimes these irritations can take the form of blisters full of water and can give you a feeling of discomfort because it creates itching.
It is recommended not to scratch yourself because this only aggravates the condition by redness and swelling.
The cause of these irritations is prolonged exposure to the sun at high temperatures.
Also, there are people who can have such irritations even sitting in the house and avoiding sun exposure, because they are allergic to high temperatures.

During the summer, one of the most common ailments is dehydration.
It is caused by excessive sweating which leads to the loss of a large amount of water in the body, which ultimately leads to the installation of dehydration.
To protect yourself during high temperatures you need to ensure proper hydration throughout the day whether you are indoors or outdoors and it is not recommended to wait until you are thirsty to consume fluids.
Try to avoid exposure to the sun and high temperatures at noon, when temperatures are high and wear light clothing.

This condition is manifested by muscle cramps, joint pain, feeling weak, dizziness and even fainting in advanced cases and dry mouth.
If you experience one of the symptoms listed above, apply a cold compress on your forehead and try to eat something salty.
If the verses and your condition worsen then go to a doctor.

They are common especially during the summer and give you painful irritations.
I am afraid that some insects can be carriers of bacteria and viruses, such as ticks, which can lead to infection with Lyme disease.
A condition that manifests itself through fever, fatigue and headaches.
As the symptoms are common and in many other diseases a specialized consultation is necessary and if the results are positive an antibiotic treatment is sufficient, as long as the condition is discovered in time.
It is recommended to avoid areas with ticks such as bushes in May, June and July and to use anti-insect sprays.

Other insects that carry bacteria are mosquitoes, which beyond a possible infection, their bites give you a feeling of acute pain in the skin caused by bites.

It is one of the most common types of cancer, and once detected in time it can be easily treated.
It is one of the diseases that threatens your health every summer, because we tend to overdo it with sun exposure during this season, despite medical warnings.
People prone to skin cancer are especially those who are exposed without providing the necessary protection, those who have an open skin or a family precedent.

The easiest way to protect against skin cancer is to believe medical advice and never leave the house without using sunscreen.
Moreover, if you go on vacation at sea, where the exposure is high, take into account the noon hours when the sun is too strong and avoid long exposures.
Don't forget, apply sunscreen when you enter the pool, sea and after.

It is one of the most embarrassing reactions we face during the summer.
The higher the temperatures, the higher the humidity in the air that makes the water flow from you.
Sweating is the body's reaction to cooling the body when it is too hot, it is an internal mechanism of the body to combat heat and reduce the risk of stroke.

Sweating initially has no odor but acquires an unpleasant odor when it comes in contact with bacteria on the surface of the skin.
That is why it is recommended to respect body hygiene and to eat moderately high protein foods, such as meat, spices, alcohol, cheese and coffee, which stimulate the activity of the sweat glands and accentuate the smell.

The bad part is that with perspiration, a high intake of salt is eliminated from the body, which leads to dehydration.
Consume a high amount of fluids during the hot period and I mean water, not carbonated drinks.

Due to the high temperatures our diet suffers and in many cases indigestion occurs.
That is why during this period you need to make some changes in terms of your diet and opt for light foods, such as fruits and vegetables, which also provide you with the necessary intake of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein.
Some people also experience high digestive acidity in the summer, which leads to intestinal gas.

Most strokes occur in the summer precisely because of the high temperatures and it is a condition that can be life threatening.
Body temperature rises and leads to high blood pressure which causes a blood vessel to rupture.
In terms of symptoms, strokes are manifested by numbness in the face or limbs, visual disturbances, speech and severe headaches.
In case of presenting such symptoms it is absolutely necessary to go to an emergency consultation.

Because it is warm and pleasant outside, we are tempted to go out in parks and other green spaces to enjoy a picnic with our loved ones.
But, if you do not ensure conditions for storing food, in just a few hours they can spoil and you can end up with food poisoning.
Avoid exposing the dishes for a long time in the heat and ensure the necessary conditions.
Food poisoning is manifested by nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
In case of mild symptoms, according to doctors, a specialist consultation is not mandatory, the condition can go away on its own in the next 2 days.
In severe cases you should see a doctor. Did you like the article?

Positive thinking
Trust your strengths.
Rely on your skills
The complexes block your access to the fulfillment of your dreams
"I CAN DO EVERYTHING IN JESUS, THE ONE WHO STRENGTHENS ME"
bible quote ,, According to your faith be -you ,, (the greater the trouble, the more soul you must put in prayer-regardless of your religion)
bible quote ,, If you have faith like a mustard seed & # 8230nothing will be impossible for you ,,
Attitudes are more important than facts
The Almighty is your friend, he will support you, he will help you to complete everything
TECHNIQUES:
Make an image of yourself as the winner. Don't imagine that you could lose.
Replace the negative thought with the positive one
Minimize weights
Do not worship or copy those around you
IF GOD IS FOR US, WHO IS AGAINST US
Self-respect yourself
Put yourself in God's hands
Get rid of your fears, hatred, insecurity, regrets, and feelings of guilt
WORDS AND THOUGHTS GENERATE ATTITUDES
DO THE PERIOD OF SILENCE DAILY (DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE, DO NOT THINK, DO NOT READ, DO NOT WRITE)
You have to give up self-punishment
Remember the beautiful things that happened in your life
"Lord Jesus, you who healed our forefathers and gave them peace, healing," offer this man your full forgiveness, help him to forgive himself, remove him from all sins committed and make him understand that you no longer blame him for them. Free him from them, then let your peace fill his mind, heart, and body.

quoted in the Bible, "They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not faint; they shall walk, and not faint."
God is the source of all energies. He gives strength to the weary, and gives strength to the weak
Visualize your soul then say the prayer, "Great God in you is the source of the energy of the universe, I myself find the source of energy in your being".
If the mind tells you that you are tired, the nervous and muscular mechanisms accept this
You will not waste your energy if you do not get bored of life
Be captivated by one thing
Free yourself. BE SOMEONE
The one who is always busy is not tired
The more ideals you dedicate to your superiors, the more energy you will have
AS MUCH ASKED, PRAYING & # 8230. BELIEVE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM AND YOU WILL HAVE THEM
PRAY AS IF GOD IS PRESENT
VIEW: THE ONE WHO SEES SUCCESS WILL HAVE IT
PROCEEDING
For a few minutes a day, think of nothing but God
Pray in simple words. Tell God what upsets you
Don't always ask for something when you pray, allocate a good part of the prayer of thanksgiving to God
Do not use any negative thoughts while praying.
Always be prepared to accept the divine will Ask for what you want, but be prepared to receive what God offers you, because of you two he is the only one who knows what you need, and not always what we want does us good (the best example she is a lady who tries God's permission to marry x, He allows, they marry but x also starts cheating on other women and hits her - not always what we want does us good)
Get in the habit of leaving everyone in God's care
Pray for those who dislike you or who have treated you badly
Pray for other people. Make a list
In the morning when you wake up, choose to be happy that day
Before you get out of bed, lie down for a few more minutes and fill your mind with happy thoughts.
While you do something else, repeat "I think it will be a wonderful day", "life is wonderful"
Do not let hatred enter your heart and do not let worries overwhelm you
Expect a little and give a lot
Let your life be invaded by love. Love may make you vulnerable, but only when you love do you truly live,
Don't think about dva, but about others
DO THE OTHER THINGS YOU WANT TO BE DONE TRY AT LEAST ONE WEEK
Eliminate thoughts that scare and discourage you
GOD SOLVES THEM ALL, SOLVES THEM CORRECTLY AND NEVER HURRIES
Do everything slowly, fill your mind with calm thoughts (streams, mountains, ocean)
In crowded moments, knowingly stop doing whatever you do for 5 -10 minutes, do serenity exercises
bible quote ,, come to me all the weary and burdened and I will rest you (and it does not refer exactly to death, it refers to enter his house, on the way to the bank, work, go through a park to go to work, stop and sit on a bench, and dream of something beautiful)
Two, three minutes remember the most beautiful landscapes seen
Repeat: quiet, calm, as often as you want
IF YOU CAN BELIEVE, EVERYTHING IS WITH THE POWER OF THE ONE WHO BELIEVES
Get used to believing, leave behind distrust
Act with enthusiasm. Give yourself completely
Convince the HEART, the mind and the body will follow it
Bomb your heart with thoughts about where you want to go
But be careful what you want, because it might be fulfilled, and if you are not prepared and it is not good for you & # 8230then & # 8230.
The formula is to know what you want, to check if what you want is right, to adopt a new face, not to lose faith
There is nothing in the world that God cannot do for us, with us or through us, if we allow Him to invade our minds with His power.
I don't believe in defeat
The difficulties are only mental
Repeat the word often I think
Pray like this: I LEAVE THIS DAY, MY LIFE, THE PEOPLE I LOVE, MY SERVICE IN THE CARE OF GOD
GOD NEVER HARMS, ONLY GOOD. WHAT HAPPENS I'M IN GOD'S CARE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD
Make friends with optimistic people who think positively
WHERE I AM 2, 3 GATHERED IN MY NAME, THERE I AM IN THEIR MIDDLE
When we have problems we can talk to God, we can rely on him
Keep calm. Approach the problem with a light heart
Pray to God to light your way
Rely on instinct and intuition. Intuition is a message from angels
Go to church
Do not give in to panic and fear
Form an image that you or your loved one is healthy
Whenever a problem worries you, irritates you or boils you down, let the annoyance flow out of you
Hatred, resentment, resentment are feelings that you must give up, because it does not hurt those against whom they are directed, but you
Don't forget that anger is an emotional reaction, the emotion is hot, in order to counteract your emotions you have to reduce their temperature
Attack the heat with a cold. Do not let your fists clench, keep your fingers outstretched. Speak more slowly
Imagine Jesus just as angry
Say, "Our Father,"
Pray for the person who offended you, do not stop until you feel that evil has left you and you have forgiven everything.
LORD GOD, I WORK TOO MUCH. I'M FULL OF NERVES.
DO NOT TRY TO DO EVERYTHING IN ONE CLIP
You think it will be hard, it will be hard, You think it will be easy, it will be easy
Don't leave for tomorrow what you could do today
This is the summary of the book "THE FORCE OF POSITIVE THINKING", NORMAN VINCET PEALE

Useful advice
How else can the food in the pantry be used?
Pepper: If you want the clothes you intend to wash in the car to keep their color, add a teaspoon of pepper. The colors will not come out and thus avoid that some clothes borrow the color of others.

Sugar: If you don't want to spend money on anti-aging tablets, you can make an equally effective blend at home. You need two cups of milk, a little over 100 grams of sugar and about 50 grams of pepper.
Boil this mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the mixture in bowls and place them strategically in the house or right next to the house. These will attract not only mosquitoes, but also other annoying insects.

Salt: Grease stains are really a nuisance, but they can be removed before washing clothes, if you sprinkle salt generously over the stain. Then they can be washed normally.

Potatoes: If you have had a hard night and have a bit of alcohol, and your eyes betray your nocturnal activities, apply a thin slice of potato over them and wait for five minutes.
Then rinse with cold water, apply a moisturizer and only then apply makeup, if you feel the need. Apart from makeup, the rest is also valid for men.

Oranges: If you are in nature and you happen to have oranges with you, you can forget about the paper to light the fire. Peel them, let the peels dry and use them to light the fire, because they contain flammable oils that burn for a long time. times. The fresh smell is from the house!

Olive oil: If you feel that the right skin product simply does not exist, try combining 4 teaspoons of olive oil with 3 teaspoons of salt. The created paste is placed on the face for 2 minutes and then removed with warm water.
Use this mixture every day for a week, then reduce the application of this treatment, reducing the beauty days to 3 per week. The results will be visible.

Mustard: You may feel like a hot dog, but mustard applied in a thin layer on your chest, over which a hot towel is placed, will release your head and chest, helping you breathe easier.

Mayonnaise: It's serious when children draw with crayons on the walls. But it seems to hurt even more when, instead of walls, I use the new furniture as a canvas.
But there is a solution: place the mayonnaise on the traces of crayfish on the furniture, leave it to act for 10 minutes and then wipe with a clean cloth. Mayonnaise will be taken with a splash of color.

Lemon: Dandruff is an often embarrassing health problem and, unfortunately, care products that promise to solve this problem smell pretty bad. But in the fridge you can find the remedy, which consists of lemon.
Massage your scalp with two teaspoons of lemon juice and rinse with warm water. Then dissolve a teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of warm water and apply on the scalp, without rinsing. Repeat the treatment until the problem disappears.

Eggs: If you don't have time to go to the hairdresser for a hair ornament mask, use the yolk of two eggs to massage your hair. Start with the scalp and then advance along the length of the hair, step by step.
When you feel that all the hairs have come in contact with the yolk, put a helmet on your head and then a warm towel. Stay like this for 30 minutes, then wash your head as usual.

Butter: A jewelry box can help you organize your jewelry. It's just that sometimes all those thin chains get tangled and you can't do much to stop that. Sometimes you get so annoyed that you pull on them, with the risk that not many chains will remain intact.
Our advice is to put some butter on the knot and place the precious ball on a flat surface. With the help of a sewing needle, you will be able to solve the dilemma. In the end, all you have to do is remove the butter under a stream of warm water.

Bread: The next time you drop a glass or saucer on the floor, take a slice of bread and, after gathering the large, visible shards, pass the slice of bread over the place that may still have shards. seen with the naked eye.
The bread is also good for removing fingerprints (possibly dirty) from walls and wallpaper.

Bananas: The next time you want to throw away banana peels, remember that they can still be useful. Remove any & # 8222ate & # 8221 or strips from the pulp of the fruit and pass the banana peels over the silverware or leather shoes. Then wipe with a soft cloth.

Apples: If you bought tomatoes that are not too red, don't despair. Instead of baking them on the windowsill well and well, wrap five green tomatoes in a brown bag with a baked apple in it, seal them and leave them like this for a few days. The baking process will be accelerated in this way.

Install the Love Program!

Client: I have a problem with the system. It crashes and I always have to reset.
Technical Service: Can you install LOVE?
Client: Yes, I think I can. I'm not an expert, but I think I can handle it. What should I do first?
Technical Service: The first thing is to open the HEART. Did you find her?
Client: Yes, only there are already a few programs running right now. Is it okay to install programs when others are already running?
Serv.Technic: What programs are open?
Client: Let's see… The programs DURERE.EXE, TRISTETE.BAT, DISPRET.EXE and RESENTIMENT.COM are open
Technical Service: No problem. LOVE will automatically delete DURERE.EXE from the current operating system. It will remain in your permanent memory, but will never disrupt other programs. LOVE will overwrite SADNESS.BAT with a module called JOY.EXE. But you need to uninstall DISPRET.EXE and RESENTIMENT.COM yourself. These programs do not allow the complete installation of LOVE. Can you do that?
Client: I don't know how to uninstall them. They have an "error" message. Can you help me?
Technical Service: With pleasure. Go to the Start Menu and look for FORGIVENESS.EXE. Do this whenever DISPRET.EXE and RESENTIMENT.COM appear until they are completely gone from your system.
Customer: OK. I finished! LOVE has started to install itself automatically! This is normal?
Technical Service: It's perfect! You should receive a message saying that the program is installed for life in the HEART of your system. Do you have this message?
Client: Yes, I have it. Is the program now fully installed?
Technical Service: Yes, only you now have only the basic module. You must connect to other HEARTS in order to upgrade.
Client: Oh! I already have an error message. What to do?
Serv.Technic: What does this message say?
Client: Says: "ERROR 412 - PROGRAM CANNOT RUN ON INTERNAL COMPONENTS". What this means?
Serv.Technic: Don't worry, this is a simple problem. It means that LOVE is set to run on an external HEART and has not yet been run in your HEART. It is one of the most difficult things in programming. You must have inner LOVE for your own system before attempting to connect to the LOVE of other systems.
Client: And what do I have to do?
Serv.Technic: Can you find SELF-ACCEPTANCE?
Client: Yes, I found her.
Serv.Technical: Excellent, starting to be very good! Now insert the following files and copy them to the "MY HEART" directory: FORGIVENESS.DOC, SELF-ACCEPTANCE.TXT, GOODNESS.DOC and TRUST.TXT. Your system will rewrite all the files. Then you will need to delete SARCASM.EXE and empty the trash so that you are sure that nothing bad is left and it will never run again.
Client: I succeeded! Hey! My HEART is starting to have new files: ZAMBET.MPG is on the monitor right now and a message tells me that PACEA.COM, COMPASIUNEA.EXE and MULTUMIREA.COM are being installed all over my HEART!
Serv.Technic: It means that LOVE is installed and running. You should handle it now. One more thing before you finish…
Client: I'm listening to you.
Serv.Technic: DRAGOSTEA is a program distributed free of charge. Make sure you donate it clean to any system as long as you are connected to the main server GREAT LOVE! You will get back really valuable modules.
Client: That's what I'll do. Thanks for the help.
Serv.Technic: May your HEART be blessed with much LOVE!

Morality: Love is the most precious thing in life, which beautifies your soul. So install love right now and give your soul the brilliance it deserves!

SEVEN FOOD MYTHS
We have been taught that bubble water is not healthy and that potatoes make you fat. Nutritionists contradict these myths, according to fanmia.ro.

Seven food myths contradicted by science / PHOTO: activedesktopwallpapers.com
Potatoes fatten & # 8211 FALSE. Potatoes do not gain weight if they are peeled and eaten cold. In this way, the starch does not fatten, but really helps us lose weight.
Bubble mineral water is not good & # 8211 FALSE. If the person drinking it does not have digestive problems after consumption (bloating, sensations of regurgitation, etc.), there is no problem. Bubble mineral water is as suitable as plain mineral water.

Natural fruit juice is the healthiest & # 8211 FALSE. Fresh is an unbalanced food, with a much too high glycemic load, which stresses the pancreas. It is ideal to eat whole peeled fruit, because the pulp of the fruit makes the juice less aggressive to the body.

Canned fish loses its nutritional qualities & # 8211 FALSE. It is important to choose canned whole fish, with bones. The most valuable from a nutritional point of view are canned sardines, herring, mackerel and tuna.

Too much milk means a lot of calcium & # 8211 FALSE. Milk is especially recommended for children, who must drink it in its entirety. Adults can limit themselves to a maximum of 2 glasses of milk a day or even avoid this food, because high milk consumption increases gastric acidity, and the body, to counteract it, & # 8222 steals & # 8221 calcium from the bones.

Meat free diet = toxin free diet & # 8211 FALSE. Meat is necessary for a proper diet. It has a special role in building and rebuilding muscles and nerves, which no vegetable protein has.

At menopause, extra pounds promote osteoporosis & # 8211 FALSE. On the contrary, it is good for women to be a little fuller at menopause, because they have been shown to be more protected against osteoporosis.

Seed therapy does not involve the exclusive consumption of seeds, but in combination with a healthy diet based on vegetables and fruits. To be therapeutically effective, the seeds are eaten unroasted, because by thermal preparation, most of their healing properties are destroyed. Remedies in the form of powders, tinctures, oils, decoctions, poultices or infusions can also be prepared from seeds. Therefore, the consumption of seeds between meals, instead of snacks, in addition to the extremely beneficial role, and saturates. It is no coincidence that seed therapy is included in diets.

Currently, parsley is the most used vegetable in traditional Romanian cuisine, and until recently, it was a formidable remedy in our folk medicine. The method of preparing centennial eggs came from the need to preserve eggs in good times by covering them with alkaline clay, a method that is similar to some found in Western cultures [3]. The clay hardens around the egg and leads to the preservation and formation of century-old eggs instead of spoilage.

According to some, the tradition of century-old eggs is over five centuries old. Its discovery is believed to have taken place about 600 years ago in Hunan, during the Ming Dynasty, when a man discovered duck eggs in a shallow pool of calcium hydroxide, which had been used for mortar. during the construction of his house two months before. When he tasted them, the person decided that he wanted to make more - but this time with the addition of salt to improve their taste - which led to the current recipe for centennial eggs [4].

Traditional method Change

The traditional method for producing centennial eggs has been developed by improving the primitive conditions mentioned above. Instead of using only clay, a mixture of wood ash, calcium oxide and salt is included, thus helping to increase the pH and sodium content. Adding calcium oxide and wood ash to the mixture decreases the risk of damage and increases the speed of the process. A recipe for the preparation of centennial eggs begins with the infusion of three parts of tea in boiling water. To the tea are added three parts of calcium oxide (or seven, if the process takes place in winter), nine parts of sea salt and seven parts of oak ash, and everything is mixed into a soft paste. Each egg is covered individually with gloves-covered hands to protect the skin from chemical burns. The eggs are then given through rice husk so that they do not stick to each other, and then they are placed in jars covered with cloth or tightly woven baskets. The mud dries slowly and hardens, creating a crust in a few months. The eggs are then ready for consumption.

Modern Method Change

Even though the traditional method is still widely practiced, understanding the chemistry behind the centennial egg production process has led to many simplifications in the recipe. For example, soaking raw eggs in a solution of table salt, calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate for 10 days, followed by wrapping in plastic and preserving for several weeks, produces an effect similar to the traditional method. This is because the reaction required to produce centennial eggs is the introduction of hydroxide and sodium ions into the egg, regardless of the method used.

Lead (II) oxide, an extremely toxic compound, accelerates the reactions that produce century-old eggs, which has led to its unconscious use by some producers. Today, zinc oxide is recommended as an alternative [5]. Although zinc is essential for life, excessive consumption can cause copper deficiency, so the final product should have the level of zinc measured for safety.

Centennial eggs can be eaten without any preparation other than peeling and rinsing - simple or as a garnish. That out of work, the Cantonese dress egg pieces with slices of pickled ginger root (sometimes sold on a stick by street vendors). A Shanghai recipe mix chopped eggs with cold tofu. In Taiwan, it is popular to eat hundred-year-old egg slices placed over cold tofu with katsuobushi, soy sauce, sesame oil, in a style similar to hiyayakko in Japan. A variant of this recipe from northern China is to slice the eggs over soft tofu, adding chopped ginger and green onions, and then soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. Eggs are also used in a dish called "old and fresh eggs", in which chopped centennial eggs are combined with fresh eggs to cook an omelet [6]. Eggs can be cut into pieces and mixed and fried with vegetables, a recipe commonly found in Taiwan.

In some Chinese households, it is cut into small pieces and boiled with rice porridge to prepare “congee with centenarian egg and pork” (Chinese: 皮蛋瘦肉粥 pinyin: pídàn shòuròu zhōu ). This dish is sometimes served in dim sum restaurants. Rice porridge, lean pork and a hundred-year-old egg are the main ingredients. The cleaned eggs are cut into quarters or eighths and boiled over low heat with strands of lightly seasoned and marinated pork, until both ingredients are cooked and then mixed in the congee. Fried rice sticks, youtiao, are usually consumed with this centennial egg congee.Another variant of this dish is the addition of salted duck eggs to the mixture.

At special events, such as a wedding party or anniversary parties, a platter of grilled pork slices, pickled leeks, sliced haliotis, pickled carrots, pickled daikon radishes, seasoned jellyfish, sliced pork are served in the first place. , slices of pork in aspic and quarters of centennial eggs. This plateau is called lahng-poon in Cantonese, which means "cold dish".

According to a common misconception, century-old eggs are, or were once, prepared by soaking eggs in horse urine. The myth may have arisen from the smell of urine, ammonia and other amines, substances resulting from chemical reactions used to produce century-old eggs [7]. However, this myth is unfounded because horse urine has a pH ranging from 7.5 to 7.9 and therefore could not be used in this process [8].

In Thai and Lao, a common name for the centennial egg translates as "egg in horse urine" because of the distinct smell of urine:

Heavy metals were used to speed up the process, in order to create a higher profit in a shorter time and to artificially increase the quality of preserved eggs. This method was a common practice in some small factories, but it became more and more used in China and forced many honest manufacturers to write on their "lead-free" labels, after a big scandal in 2013. China's production used industrial-grade copper sulfate, which was contaminated with arsenic, lead, cadmium and other heavy metals and toxic chemicals, to make the eggs more translucent, reduce odor, create a fine texture and increase speed. process [9] [10]. The Chinese government has recently tried to regulate food additives and certify law-abiding production facilities to combat food safety incidents resulting from poor manufacturing practices.

Petunia

It's time again to start putting food for the winter. Even if you have never preserved a day in your life, we have some wonderful recipes and methods to try.

Preservation can be a lot of fun and rewarding. Because tomatoes contain natural acids, you should not use preservatives. Instead, you can use a preservation in the water bath, which is much easier. Just make sure you prepare your tomatoes, jars and lids before you start.

Once you have the tomatoes and jars ready, you just need to add a little lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the jars before adding the tomatoes. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and place the lids. Make sure you leave enough space at the top for sealing. Boil the tomatoes in the water bath for about 40 minutes.

You can keep canned tomatoes at home in a dark area for up to a year, so you can enjoy them until it's time to do it again next year.

If you don't have jars or prefer to freeze your food, you can easily freeze the tomatoes. You can peel the tomatoes before freezing them, simply by throwing them in a pan with boiling water.
