Dessert autumn tart dessert with apples, plums and plum jam


I sprinkled sugar in the pan, then I added the butter on the whole surface, I put on the edge the washed, cleaned and sliced ​​apples, in the middle the plum halves that I sprinkled with rum essence, over the apples I put the vanilla sugar and cinnamon, and at the end over the plums I added the jam.

I put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.

In the meantime I prepared the top, the cold butter cut into pieces I mixed it with flour, egg, vanilla and I gave the shape of the top which I floured and I put it in the cold until the filling cooled.

On a floured surface I spread the dough in a sheet, I gently cut the middle that I put over the filling, then I added the edge at the end on top.

I baked the tart at 200 degrees C, 35 minutes.

After 30 minutes, when it cooled down, I peeled off the edge with a knife, then turned it over on a plate that fit the size of the tart perfectly.

Even if it doesn't turn out perfect as a tart look, I guarantee you will lick your fingers ... all of them! :))))
