Zebra-pandispan dessert with nectarines
Fruit cakes are my weakness. So, I improvise all summer ...
- 4 eggs
- 4 lg of sugar
- 4 lbs of flour
- 4 lbs of oil
- a pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 lg of cocoa
- 1 baking powder
- 2 lg almond flakes
- 3 nectarines

RECIPE PREPARATION Zebra-pandispan dessert with nectarines:
Beat the egg whites hard together with the sugar and salt powder, then add the yolks one by one, stirring constantly. Add the oil in the same way. Sprinkle the flour in the rain and mix lightly with a spatula. Add the baking powder and pour half of the composition into the baking paper tray. In the other half add the cocoa and pour over the yellow top, then place the nectarine slices and sprinkle with almond flakes.
Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 40 minutes. Check with the toothpick for more safety.
